We have a young and vibrant team, who are child-friendly and hardworking. They work long hours, on shifts or even overtime, making sure that the boys are supported to develop socially, physically, academically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! Many of them started out as volunteers, but all are dedicated and we are proud to introduce you to our team!

We also have three contract staff: two security guards, who alternate day and night shifts, and a driver.
We need volunteer Fundraisers to assist Toju, and volunteer Support Workers to help in mentoring the children and follow up work too.
